Proverbs 14:12-13
“There is a way which seems right to a man, but its end is the way to death. 13 Even in laughter the heart is sad, and the end of joy is grief.” RSV
Paul says in 2 Timothy 3:16-17
“All scripture is inspired by God and profitable for teaching, for reproof, for correction, and for training in righteousness, 17 that the man of God may be complete, equipped for every good work.” RSV (See also 2 Peter 1:20-21)

“I urge you, then, be imitators (#3402) of me.” RSV
