Writing God’s Word in or on our hearts is the key.
Hebrews 8:10
“For this is the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel after those days, says the LORD: I will put My laws in their mind and write them on their hearts, and I will be their God, and they shall be My people.”

“My son, keep my words, And treasure my commands within you.
2 Keep my commands and live, And my law as the apple of your eye.
3 Bind them on your fingers; Write them on the tablet of your heart.”
2 Corinthians 3:2-3
“You are our epistle written in our hearts, known and read by all men;

Exodus 34:1
“THE LORD said to Moses, Cut two tables of stone like the first, and I will write upon these tables the words that were on the first tables, which you broke.”

Two valuable and powerful resources:
Resource #1
"The Bible says, “My tongue is the pen of a ready writer.” (Psalm 45:1). What does this pen of the tongue actually write on? Not paper or clay tablets, obviously. No, this pen writes on hearts. You can use this pen to write on your own heart. How? By meditating on the Word of God." (Continue with resource #1)
Resource #2
"It is not enough to attend religious services each Sunday. The law of God must be written on our hearts. Paul told the believers at Corinth that they were a letter of Christ, “written not with ink but by the Spirit of the living God, not on tablets of stone but on tablets of flesh, that is, of the heart” (2 Corinthians 3:2, 3).
When God’s law is written on our hearts, it permeates our whole being: it influences our thoughts, words, and actions. (Continue with resource #2)
