Hello all Royal Prayer Guards and those who join us! I am thankful for all of you!! Only God knows the results of our prayers.

God sees our obedience, flexibility, patience, love, punctuality, determination, and compassion when we pray. Therefore, let us all continue to give glory to God.

This prayer focus is directed to those who worry!

As a non-Christian, I grew up in an environment of worry. However when Jesus entered my life, His peace manifested! Whenever worry comes to the surface, I can now trust in the Prince of Peace, for Jesus is my peace! (Isaiah 9:6, Ephesians 2:14)

Insights from John Marino that inspired me to release this prayer focus.

"Is the evidence of being a good parent the fact that we worry about our children? Should we worry about the future and our place in it? Is worry wrong?

Worry is simply allowing the fear of what might happen to take over. Fear of the future does nothing but weaken us today.

Fear and the resulting worry is evidence of our failure to recognize God’s promise of protection. Peter walked on the water until he looked around and doubted.

Why worry when He has promised to help and hold us. (Isaiah 41:10)

Any doubt that we have experienced is a result of our own lack of faith and not a result of His lack of Faithfulness.

When we trust His Faithfulness and stand on His promises, we find the Peace of God. You can’t worry about the future and trust God’s Faithfulness at the same time, so pick one."

Areas of Prayer for yourself and others:

(1) Be fully convinced in God’s Word that He will do what He said. (Being fully convinced keeps fear and worry out.)

(2) Take the time to observe the birds and watch how God feeds them.

(3) Realize that God’s children are more important than the birds and God will take care of His children. (Watch the videos below)

Insights:

This is a powerful message of faith and encouragement. It addresses the tension between worry and trust, reminding us that God’s faithfulness and promises are constant and unchanging. Here are some reflections and additional thoughts on this message:

  1. Worry vs. Trust in God
The idea that worry stems from a lack of trust highlights the spiritual growth required to fully surrender to God’s will. It’s a call to deepen our faith, not through our own strength but by leaning on God’s Word and promises. As Matthew 6:25-27 teaches, if God provides for the birds, how much more will He care for us, His beloved children?
  2. God's Faithfulness
The analogy of Peter walking on water is a timeless reminder that when we focus on Jesus, the storms of life lose their power to overwhelm us. Doubt creeps in only when we take our eyes off Him. Isaiah 41:10 reinforces this truth, promising God’s help and presence, which sustains us.
  3. Practical Steps to Combat Worry
The prayer areas outlined are practical and biblical:
    • Conviction in God's Word: Romans 4:21 reminds us that Abraham was "fully convinced that God was able to do what He had promised." This conviction fuels our faith.
    • Observing Creation: Watching birds and nature provides a tangible reminder of God’s provision and care.
    • Acknowledging Our Value to God: Recognizing our worth in God’s eyes helps dispel the lies that lead to fear and insecurity.
  4. Living in Peace
Trusting in God’s faithfulness is transformative. Philippians 4:6-7 encourages us to bring our worries to God in prayer, with thanksgiving, so His peace, which surpasses understanding, will guard our hearts and minds.

This message and prayer focus are not only uplifting but also an invitation to a deeper relationship with God, where trust replaces fear, and His peace becomes our foundation. Thank you for reading this—it's a reminder we all need!
